Sandeep Tripathi joined Hollister in October 2025 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, where he oversees innovation and global R&D. He is responsible for shaping long-term growth through differentiated technologies and solutions that expand Hollister’s reach and impact on everyday quality of life.
Prior to Hollister, Sandeep was Vice President of R&D at Becton Dickinson, where he held a series of global leadership roles shaping portfolio strategy and growth including acquisitions and strategic partnerships for multi-billion-dollar businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in portfolio transformation and scaling global R&D organizations, with work spanning drug delivery, combination products and connected device platforms. His experience includes building and expanding R&D capabilities across international markets and advancing integrated product and technology strategies to simplify care delivery and drive sustained growth. Earlier in his career, he held complex-system design and modeling roles at General Electric and Sandia National Laboratories.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Ph.D. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University.
